Company Profile

T.W. Bailey is a 20-year veteran of the north Texas homebuilding industry and immediate past president of the Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas. Scott Drescher is a 15-year veteran of Texas real estate, working as a mortgage banker, a professor of core Texas Real Estate Commission courses at Collin College, and developer.

TW Bailey, Sr., has the following professional designations: CGB, CSP, CAPS. He is widely recognized as a leader of the home building industry in Texas.
